VW Oil Strainer Gasket Kit – 1972-79 Bus – 1980-83 Vanagon special

VW Oil Strainer Gasket Kit fits between the Oil Sump Plate and Oil Screen, and between the Oil Screen and Engine Case and includes a drain plug crush gasket as well. The gasket kit fits 1972 through 1979 Type 2 Bus and 1980 to 1983 Vanagon models equipped with a Type 4 engine.

Beginner Notes:

With EVERY oil change you should remove and clean the sump pick up screen. The screen can be reused, the gaskets CAN NOT! Make sure to have the gasket kit ready for your next oil change.
