The 113251053AK fits 1966 to 1973 VW Beetles and Karmann Ghia and is a stock replacement muffler for 1600cc engines with single pre-heat tubes on each side. Over the years, many classic VWs have had their engine replaced and now run a 1600cc engine. Regardless of the year of your vehicle, if you have a Beetle or a Karmann Ghia with a 1600cc engine, this is the stock muffler for your vehicle. The 113251053AK is made by Dansk, in Europe, and comes painted with a grey primer that will burn off in time. We offer the stock replacement muffler individually or with the needed gaskets, tail pipes and clamps to finish the installation.

The tail pipes will fit through your existing apron just like the original.

To install this muffler you will need:

• (2) Tailpipes 113251163D (1967 and Earlier) or 113251163G (1968 and Later)
• (2) Tail Pipe Clamps 111298051
• (1) Muffler Installation Kit 111298009F
